CEO

Gene St. Louis is a nationally recognized expert in dental practice management. She built her company from the ground up, holding both clinical and administrative positions prior to her consulting career. Having participated in the day-to-day operations of dental practices gives Gene a unique, insider advantage of how offices succeed. Clients feel confident with her first-hand experience that translates into relatable, personable, and reliable expertise. Gene firmly believes in building positive relationships—whether it be personal interactions, business engagements or public forums—which lead to profitable results.

Gene has worked with hundreds of clients and has a national presence. She writes for a variety of dental publications and is regularly invited to speak at the top dental meetings throughout the United States and Canada.

Elizabeth Sanchez

Practice Analyst

As a native Californian, Elizabeth’s passion for dentistry began shortly after she had a friend who needed a patient for his RDA boards, and she was that patient. Elizabeth’s career in dentistry started over 16 years ago. Beginning as a sterilization tech in a small office in Southern California and within 2 months the doctor realized she would be a huge asset as a chairside assistant. Extensively trained on the job initially for 2 years spiraled her to get her RDA license. Loving the clinical area so much she completed her RDAEF2 license.

Over the years she has worked in various specialties including, general, pediatric, orthodontic, and endodontic practices. She has held positions of Clinical Management in large dental practices with direct hands on and supervision of over 20 assistants, 6 hygienists, and a multitude of dentists. Using her clinical knowledge, she advanced into an administrative management position in a 16 operatory practice. During that time, she found the administrative management positions to be her true passion. She was able to motivate, teach, and lead which had a direct influence on the growth of the practices she managed.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Eddie, and 2 Pomeranian dogs, Charlie and Quinn. On her time off Liz also loves to attend her nieces and nephews’ school posting events and playing family games.
